For the pipe repair at 1353 N. Fuller Ave., Los Angeles, 90046 – the pipe has a leak about 32″ from the curb and is 1 of 4 storm lines from the catch basin. Is it less costly to cut out about 12 inches of the existing and use a Fernco connector to refit a new pipe to the existing?
