I had a major gas leak. Tip Top came at the earliest time their next morning of operation, and operated a leak detection search, and found it within a half hour. They showed me photos of my entire gas system, revealing that its entire 74 year old piping system was corroded. They gave me 3 different options for repair and repair +upgrade. Mike came to our rescue when we were in emergency mode with a massive leak in our backyard. He quickly identified the issue, location of the leak, and had it fixed almost immediately.
